Free ESO+ Checklist

A list of things to do when you have limited access to a subscription to The Elder Scrolls Online.

Skill Points

  1. Gather skyshards in all of the DLC Zones.

  2. Story quests! The main quest lines in all of the DLCS offer skill points along the way.

  3. DLC Dungeon Quests! Each DLC dungeon rewards a skill point upon completion.

Fill The Things

  1. Fill your craft bag! When your ESO+ ends, materials already in your craft bag will stay in your craft bag. You just won’t be able to add any more without ESO+.

  2. Fill your bank! ESO+ offers double the bank space, so utilize it if you need it. Again, after ESO+ ends, items will stay in the bank until you take them out, but you won’t be able to add new items until you drop below your max bank space without ESO+.

  3. Fill your houses! ESO+ also offers double housing item limits, so fill up those closets!

  4. Fill your transmutes! Again, double capacity and works the same way as the above.

Free Stuff

  1. Echalette Pet - enter Orsinium in Wrothgar.

  2. Jackal Pet - enter Abah’s Landing in Hew’s Bane.

  3. Verdigris Haj Mota Pet - enter Lilmoth in Murkmire.

  4. Scintillant Dovah-Fly Pet - enter The Brass Fortress in Clockwork City.

  5. Renegade Dragon Priest Mask - enter Scalecaller Peak or Fang Lair. (You can enter solo and exit right away. You do NOT need to run the dungeon.)

  6. Heroic Personality - enter Cradle of Shadows or Ruins of Mazzatun.

  7. Bull Horns Emote - enter Falkreath Hold or Bloodroot Forge.

  8. Werewolf Hunter Hat - enter Moonhunter Keep or March of Sacrifices.

  9. Ayleid Royal Crown - enter Depths of Malatar or Frostvault.

  10. Energetic Dwarven Shock-Spider Pet - enter Stone Garden or Castle Thorn.

  11. Wickerman Mishap Emote - enter Icereach or Unhallowed Grave.

  12. Fire-Forged Maul Outfit Style - enter Black Drake Villa or The Cauldron.

Everything Else

  1. Blade of Woe - Get this useful tool starting on the docks in Kvatch in The Gold Coast.

  2. Dye Costumes - Dye will remain after ESO+ ends.

  3. Arena Weapons - Maelstrom, Vateshran, Blackrose Prison.

  4. Stickerbook from DLC Zones/Dungeons.

  5. Monster Helms from vet DLC Dungeons.

  6. Clockwork City Recipes. The Brass Fortress Outlaw Refuge has the quest starter. These recipes are bound, so cannot be purchased or sold.

  7. Wrothgar Recipes. Travel North of the Shatul Wayshrine and find Orzorga for the quests. These are NOT bound and CAN be purchased from guild traders, so should be lower priority.

  8. Antiquities in DLC Zones, Dungeons, and Trials. If you don’t already have the excavating and scrying skill lines, get them by going to Solitude in Western Skyrim. Talk to Verita Numida in the Antiquarians Circle next to the Bards College.

Advanced Options

Coming soon… more complicated options such as getting the Cadaverous Assassin Polymorph from completing the “Litany of Blood” achievement for the Dark Brotherhood.
